Entry Tests in English and Mathematics will be scheduled for selected candidates. Should your child be selected for an entry test you will receive a call advising you of the time and date of the test. Parents should be aware that the entry tests are competitive as the number of students far exceeds the number of places available. Other factors are also taken into consideration such as those which will allow us to maintain a good balance in the internationality of the student body.

Notification of entry examination dates and of examination results will be given over the telephone. We will call only those students selected. We regret that we are not able to contact all applicants. Applicants for grade 1 will receive a call by the end of March. Applicants for other grades will receive a call by the end of April. All other candidates will be placed on the waiting lists. Please do not call the school to check the status of your application. We will not entertain these enquiries. As places are very limited, parents are advised to seek admission in other schools too.

Places available are as usual very limited and this is the case this year more so than ever, as we intend to reduce the number of children in the Junior school due to limited space and in order to be fully in compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education in this regard. As a consequence, only 100 children, as opposed to the usual number of 180, will be admitted to Grade 1. There will be no new admissions to Grade 2 and 3 this year. This decision has been taken in dialogue with the Vicariate (Owners of the school) and is final. There will also be no admission to Grade 11. Application forms for these classes are not available.

Confirmation of admission for grade 1 will be given in April after the entry tests. Confirmation of admission for all other classes will be given only in June after our own internal results are declared.
